It’s just bullshit and everyone who actually monitors the leaderboards knows this. Quit perpetuating that BS in non-RP, plz?
Cred/Flezz: check how I’ve been “grinding” on my profile. I got Life Begins MUCH sooner than most other players, even though I had to run GFoC another time for it. You can also see that it doesn’t show when I got Superman: I got that several weeks before Life Begins.
Popularity: The VERY day I got miss Popularity, taking that from Goldstrike who lead with 500(!), I dropped half my friends list and started handing out friend requests to anyone who asked.
So now you know what the fuck you’re talking about. Idiots. |

btw, i think if people really cared about hogging the leaderboards they’d bring up other names besides just SG94. (i.e. Paraone)

You can play the game however you want. It doesn’t mean that others have to like it. If you don’t want to hear the whining don’t read the posts, or try to encourage a change that will allow you to grind to your hearts content while allowing others a chance at the peen.
Very much in the same way that you feel that those who do klan raiding are ruining the game for you, those who have been working to get the cred or flezz peens feel you are ruining it for them. I’m sure there are a few in line behind Paraone who hope he goes on a nice long internet free vacation, too, but no he shouldn’t need to stop playing his game.
Personally, I hope the game mechanics continue to evolve so that the responsibility for other people enjoying the game stops hinging on players quitting playing the way they want to play. scullyangel edited this message on 07/24/2008 10:12PM |

They should have a VIP Leaderboard where people who have topped the leaderboard can go and battle with other people who topped it after them to have an even more special e-peen or somth and then the rest of us can keep using the regular boards.
Then they need a VIP Leaderboard Leaderboard for people who topped the VIP Leaderboard but want an e-peen within an e-peen [coming soon] can battle more.
Then they need to quit the game imo. |
