INCIT-Bot 5000 suggestion

Shut him the **** up.
Everyone who’s in there knows we can’t vote until there are 5 submissions. Please change the “seconds left until voting begins!” to read “We’ll start voting 30 seconds after we get 5 submissions” at the appropriate time, instead of having INCIT-Bot spam up the chat every 30 seconds. |

Also perhaps make it so that if a full extra minute goes by and there’s not a 5th submission, drop the number of subs needed to 4. Another minute goes by, drop to 3. Because goddamn it is annoying to sit there for an hour with 4 subs, might as well just cut the round short. |

INCIT-Bot should get a ban for spamming IDC. I would post the current chat log, but I’m afraid I’d be at risk of getting banned myself. It shouldn’t get preferential treatment just because it doesn’t have a pulse. |
