New Script: PPWN Shoppe Enhancer

Finally, some long awaited feature has come: The ability to mark/sell all equippable items at once at the PPWN Shoppe! As a little Bonus, I added also some ‘Sell all Consumables’ Log in to see images!

It’s a bit misleading, as the “exclude” list also includes Junk, but Select All Junk is not affected by the setting. |

Great stuff.
The problem I have now, that I’m not sure is within the scope of this project, is that selecting items for sale is still very slow within Firefox if you have a large inventory. I have a fast PC, and when I click the select all equippables, it takes about 2 seconds for each item to be selected in turn. The reason for this is the length of time it takes to recalculate the total sale value, each time an item quantity is changed. meeeeeeeeee edited this message on 08/20/2009 6:56PM |

Maybe not the only problem, as I’ve been ignoring the moar file page for a while now;
File extracted!
You have enough pieces to extract the same file again 155 more times!

If the problem really is recalculating the total value, I can’t change anything, cause that’s still done by the site itself -.- Don’t have that much Items to test, though… Maybe you should try latest Firefox, if you don’t already have, they speed up Javascript things quite nicely^^
And about those .moar files… I also did an ‘Extract All .moars’ but seems it has gone broken, fixed some things yet, but again, not enough .moar-pieces to test -.- |

Firefox 3.5.2. I was hoping the Javascript update would make a difference, but it hasn’t. The only reason I notice now is I’d given up trying to deal with moar files altogether. This is on a new PC – twice as fast as my last one, and now taking only 2 seconds to select an item rather than 4 (i.e. still beyond stupid)
Your script takes out alot of the tedium, but I still get a prompt that it’s taking too long to process. So I’ve been running Firefox in the background while it’s locked up for 5 minutes at a time, selecting each item in turn. Chrome/Chromium don’t have the same problems with selecting items.
I’ve got plenty of alts with huge stacks of moar files to test any auto extract script if you’re interested. |

Did a few tests, thought I’d share;
127 item rows (+11 equipped), 48 secs to select 96
204 item rows (+11 equipped), 3mins 56sec to select 184
283 item rows (+11 equipped), 9mins 52sec to select 257
PC is Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67Ghz, 6GB RAM, Vista SP1 64 bit, Firefox 3.5.2 |
