Is this with or without gambling?
I assume you take advantage of the bug with tutorial to get extra visits then purchasing drugs so you can grind HSB and possible HOMO. Doing missions would get you the needed flezz but not necessarily the needed cred to make these targets.
It’s not the fewest amount of turns that a re-re has made this level but the MySpace Tom managed it by leveling off of a level 6 forum before ET fixed the no damage bug. |

First visit, pwn denture chat. This should get you to level 2. Second visit, pwn Something Lawful: Brings character from level 2 to level 4. A few Happidex 20mg (+12) used. Visits 3-5: Something Lawful: Brings character from level 4 to level 5. No consumables required. Visits 6-8: HowStuffBreaks: Brings character from level 5 to level 6. Again, no consumables required.
