This table should now be at the point where it will tell you every file which can be obtained though more may be added in the future. All the numbers are currently based off of a series of at least 1200 drops done across 6 different Luck values. If Luck and Rarity are not marked, then some of those Luck values do not have 200 drops yet and if the number of pieces to the .moar files is shown, then there is a high certainty that those are all the files in that Forum. For a more in-depth breakdown, including partial statistics, you can go to this spreadsheet for details.

It has been stated by MC_Banhammer that Luck does not affect the pieces dropped only the file, and that if a single piece of a file can be found in a forum, the entire file can be found. This is consistent with current data.

For our purposes, Low Luck is considered to be 1-25, Medium Luck is considered to be 26-50 and High Luck is considered to be 51 and above

Luck refers to how this attribute affects the drop chance of the file as it increases

- Possible drop in chances
-- Definite drop in chance until Medium Luck
--- Definite drop in chances until High Luck
+ Possible boost in chances
++ Definite boost in chance until Medium Luck
+++ Definite boost in chances until High Luck
0 No real change in drop chances

Rarity refers to an approximate drop rate in the Low then Medium then High Luck categories

1 – 0% – 2.5%
2 – 2.5% – 5%
3 – 5% – 7.5%
4 – 7.5% – 10%
5 – 10% – 15%
6 – 15% – 25%
7 – 25% – 40%
8 – 40% – 80%
9 – 80% – 100%

Of course due to possible outliers (especially with low drop files) and attempts to remove such outliers, numbers are not 100% accurate but are accurate enough for almost any purposes.
